Practice Practice Practice

As I’m only starting out in the world of make up, I’m recruiting friends, family, strangers….really anyone who will let me practice on their beautiful faces.

This is a picture of my beautiful sister-in-law. At the moment, natural looks are my comfort zone, hoping to try something a bit more dramatic soon though!

I’ve built up a pretty decent make up kit so far, which I have loved shopping for. Everything from Mac to Estee Lauder, Revlon to Barry M. I have spend hours and hours researching products, making sure I can cater to every client possible. I know I will have to continue to do this over the following years if I wish to be successful.

Make up and beauty groups on Facebook have been a fantastic help. Its hard to find a group of people who genuinely want to help and not knock you down. Its a great confidence builder when you get positive responses. Constructive criticism is always welcome.

#Not Perfect

Hello!!

So, as a stay at home mum of two little darlings (some of the times) I decided on a whim that I needed a hobby/career/some interaction with humans. I tried crafts, baby groups, boot camps and even stranger meet ups. None of which I stuck with. Then i tired a make up course, and have been obsessed ever since.

I have never had confidence, i have never had something i’m great at. To be honest, i’m okay with that. I’m not perfect. I’m not trying to be.

This is just something to pass my time with. If you like something, great! If you learn something, even better. If you would like to share ideas, fabulous!

Anyways, Enjoy! If you don’t, that’s okay too.
